1. What services do we offer?

2. What does it cost to hire us?
We have no set price list, but rather we listen carefully to what potential clients require and put together a unique proposal based on their needs. The best way to get a quote or more information is to send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) outlining your requirements. We can then line up a time to talk in more detail.
It’s also important to remember that you are not simply hiring us to ‘design a graphic’, but rather, to listen to your needs and to build a relationship to help your business grow.
3. How long will the project take?
From few hours to few days…. all depends on the exact requirement of a project. This can be done on urgent basis if necessary, but I generally recommend few days for most projects, to ensure that the appropriate research and creative output is the best it can be.
4. What does the process involve?
The design process is never linear, but in short our process goes similar to this:
Listen to the client & define design brief > Proposal > 50% deposit > Research > Conceptualising > Rendering > Presentation > Revisions > Final 50% > Delivery > Support.
5. Can we still work together if we live in different countries?
Yes, business is simply conducted via email, skype, whats app, phone and video chat as needed. Look forward to speak with you.
6. Do you do all of the work?
Yes, We do all of the work which means when you hire us, you will work directly with us. We do not have any sub-contractors, unless specified.
7. How do you accept payment?
For most projects, We request a 50% down payment to schedule in work. We accept payments via PayPal, Western Union Money Transfer or bank transfer. The exact details and terms will be provided in our proposal. The final 50% will be paid on completion of the project, prior to releasing the final artwork.
8. When can we get started?
